Tea Island Resort

Perfect spot outside of the hustle and bustle of the town! Beautiful view right on the lake with access to a swim area plus kayaks/paddle boards right off the beach!! The owner sat us down and discussed with us what to do, gave us directions and was SUPER personable and helpful. I was nervous about going places with COVID, but here was very clean and precautions were followed. Only complaint is the minimal parking (no assigned spots) so plan accordingly!

Stayed 3 nights in one of the motel room here, no idea of those 2b or 3b units, but the motel room is definitely better than I expected! Everything inside is good quality, I would say it can beat most of Fairfield inn and some Hampton inn. The room we stayed also has a small kitchen, with everything you need to cook simple meals. Plus the beautiful deck on the lake and all different kind of small watercraft free to use, the value you get is really more than you paid! Think of those 30 dollars per hours kayak rentals. Anyway I will come back again for sure!

This place was AMAZING! The check in was smooth and easy, our room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated. Kathleen at the front desk was kind and helpful. We were able to use any of the watercraft at our leisure as it wasn't really peak season so there were very few people out and about at the resort. It was a beautiful spot, had everything we needed, and was a great home away from home for a few days.

Beautiful view. Perfect location in proximity to the Village, shopping, restaurants and other activities.nFall getaway is perfect as the summer rush and long lines are gone and you can enjoy beautiful fall colors during your peaceful retreat.

Stayed in a really nice cottage, extremely close to Lake George Village, and there is direct access to the lake with a dock and beach on the property. Tons of kayaks and canoes (and life jackets and oars) for shared use. Beach seating and a fire pit top off the offering. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and there's a general store in walking distance too. Huge group of ducks spent the week with us, very used to people and quite hungry - if you feed them be warned, they will keep bugging you :)
