Park Lane Motel

My girlfriends and I had a blast here! Right on the water with a beautiful view, paddle boards and kayaks available for use, as well as many grills located both by the water and the pool. Also, a quick walk into the center of the town. Would 100% recommend. Staff and owners were friendly and helpful! Shout out to Kathleen who checked us in, we had an amazing memorable weekend, cannot wait to do it again!

Upon checking in, I discovered the room being unacceptable. The sheets and towels were stained and had some hair on them, fridge and microwave stank, previous guests left some pork ribs in there, and some other minor stuff.. At first, they didn't want to refund me, but then after showing them the issues, they agreed to refund me in full.nThis is not acceptable during Covid times, obviously, they don't clean their rooms or change towels and sheets.nI didn't want to write this review, but it's been almost 3 weeks now and I haven't gotten my money back, they don't answer the phone since last week. So I filed a charge back with my card.nPS found a much nicer hotel up the street for only $20 more.

Great motel! Updated rooms, clean, and right on the lake! Nice patio area with BBQ grills and gas fire pits facing the water. Free kayaks and pedal boats. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Very nice stay. The staff went way beyond helpful and very accommodating with changes. Beautiful view and close to everything Lake George attractions. Would highly recommend

I hesitate writing this because I don’t want others to find out how awesome this place is...but I have to share. They are SO accommodating and go above and beyond to meet any needs or requests that you have. The hotel is in a great location and it’s super clean (I cleaned when I got in due to Covid-19 and there was no dirt on my rags). This place is a must if you are in the area!! We love it and will be back!
