Fairfield Inn by Marriott Medford Long Island

I have been staying at only Marriotts during my college search & had excellent hospitality here. A wonderful greeting on arrival w/ a small snack package because I just earned Elite status and comes w/ extra perks. Bonvoy package I booked well worth it for an extra 1000 points and $25 gift card on departure. I just made the last pool reservation for the night and so so happy they opened pool just for me!! Had all to myself and was super clean and warm... perfect condition. I was in heaven swimming for an entire hour in evening. Breakfast was until 9am and was nothing special but happy they have it. This Marriott was one of few Does NOT charge for parking so also a nice compliment to this Marriott. Wonderful reception on arrival & departure...highly recommended!!ud83eudd19ud83dude0d

I have been staying at mariott hotels my entire life. This one is disgusting. Lots of shady dealings going on at this place and the staff knows all about it and does nothing. Every time I was in the lobby, they had guests arguing over extra charges that the hotel put on them. They aren't suppose to come in your room if you have the privacy tag on your door and they do anyway. Then they say it wasn't there. Meantime they say when you arrive that due to covid they won't be cleaning the room unless asked to. Stayed here a few times only because it is a convenient location. But no more. I dont even want to get into all of the sleazy activity that goes on in this place. I will say this.....never ever again would i stay there. Plenty of hotels around the area. no need to put yourself through this.

Five stars is not enough, when it comes to the best customer service from beging to end.... We love it....

Whenever I go home to visit, I always stay at the Fairfield Inn. I love this hotel except for the tv, cable would be much better.

Nice accommodation, but anyone could get into this place and find your room when ever they wanted
