Comfort Inn Medford-Long Island

Attended a Baby Shower in the meeting room on the lower level today. It was a nice space in a well kept building. We provided our own hot buffet, I do not know if they offer and food service or waitstaff, so I can not speak on that subject. Conveniently had a single bathroom on that level as well. 1 men's and 1 ladies room. It was a relief to be able to have booked this space to host the shower during this very challenging year.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. I LOVE the over night girl Nicole!!! She is so friendly, cordial, accommodating, and if I need anything she always takes care of it right away. Best overnight person I’ve ever come across ...this place I definitely recommend!!!

I stayed at this hotel 2 times & overall service is okay. But my second time around staying here and me checking out I realized that they didn’t release my security deposit I called to find out how come they didn’t and they released my money right away first time around the lady going to tell me that they didn’t check the rooms. She goes to check the rooms and was like 1 room was okay and that the other room had dirty towels they had to throw away because they couldn’t wash it. And that the ice tray was missing. I’m explaining to the lady there wasn’t an ice tray in the room to begin with & that how am I responsible for towels they decided to throw away because they said they couldn’t wash it mind you kids stayed in the room and I checked both rooms before leaving to make sure everything was in order. She goes on to say she’ll be charging my $25 for hand towels they threw away and a missing ice tray that was never in the room. Bring your own towels and clothes & stuff its not worth it.

Went here for an event and I also like how the stairs and elevator are very easy to access for those that need ADA accomodations.

Go on booking n pay $115 w/ tax, for a king clean, like you got stuck, otherwise I prefer the Marriott next door. But in an emergency and over a night This one has awesome staff from manager to housekeeper.
