OYO Hotel Starlite Seneca Falls

Nice place enjoyed the whirlpool tub suite a lot! Will stay again for sure

This is a crackhead hotel. If I were looking for meth this is where I’d go. The staff were rude and dirty. Booked for four people then when we arrived they said they couldn’t accommodate four. They refused to give our money back then asked us to come back and stay when on the phone attempting to get our money back. They had a family with two young children living in the parking lot. Don’t go here.

Poor customer service is very poor. I will never come back because they are so rude to customers I thought customer's are always right not here feel like jail

No heat in the room we reserved , with jetted tub . the owner said that the heater takes time and the wind comes right in the door and the room isn't insulated good. The manager put us in a different room but no jetted tub which I really wanted.ud83dude23I would not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Management could not be any more missleading and disrespectful.
