VanCleef Homestead Bed and Breakfast

Carol and her husband restored our faith in bed and breakfasts. Their B&B has a calming and comfortable aura. They made our first wedding anniversary feel special. The bed was extra comfortable, air conditioning kept it nice and chilly on a hot August night and the pool was refreshing.nStay here and relax. Also, CALL AND BOOK WITH HER DIRECTLY! The third party (Expedia, booking, etc) are ripping family businesses off by charging 18%!

Carol is wonderful. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Felt right at home. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious. Definitely coming back again. Worth the value.

Very beautiful! Carol is so sweet, and made sure dietary needs were met for my daughter. I want to live there. No tv was needed, just open a book and enjoy the rooms. We were to busy all day and went right to bed when we got back, so didn't hang out in the bedrooms. Carol told us some history about Seneca Falls, I love her. She told us where to park in town, which we found. The Christmas weekend event, WOWIE. AWESOME, then come back to this B & B all decorated beautifully! It is already booked for next year. We WILL be back!

Carol was an excellent hostess! The environment was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. It was almost like being at home.

What a lovely place for our 4 year old daughter to first enjoy a Bed and Breakfast. The owner was incredibly generous and kind. We were passing through on a long holiday and called while on the road. She was gracious and welcomed us in as though she had been expecting us all day. The rooms were spacious and we had 2 connecting. We played her piano, sang, played games and sat by the fire. What an unexpected delight and blessing. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy too!
