Emmons Rainbow Inn

I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and how well kept the rooms are. I got the room with one king bed, and there was also a round table and a couple of chairs, as well as a desk and desk chair, and an armchair by the bed! The owner herself even did the housekeeping duties on the weekend! I really appreciated the Starbucks coffee supply, too. I have lots of family in Oneonta, and I will certainly be returning.

This was our second stay and it was as good as the first. Very clean rooms, intelligently modernized, gracious staff and a great feeling of privacy and security. Highly recommended.

My older son plays baseball during mid of July. Rainbow inn offered the best value for the price. Safe and scenic neighborhood. Large, quiet and immaculate room/bathroom. Firm bed that saved my spinal cord. Crystal clean swimming pool with comfortable 80 degree water (not heated). Simple complimentary breakfast (no eggs, sausage or waffle), but the fruit is off-the-tree fresh. Owner Maria and her family are very nice and responsive to provide all our needs during the stay. We will definitely come back when my other son plays at Cooperstown.nnMaria mentioned that they are adding small kitchen in some units. Besides, each room has mattresses of different firmness. You can ask Maria about the availability of the type of bed you like.

It is a really nice privately owned hotel. Rooms are very clean and big. My room even has its own deck. Prices are good my holiday inn was more and not as homie and nice as this hotel

Great place, great staff., great hosts, great upgraded rooms. Easy on and off highway. Whether just passing through, visiting college or up for baseball at “All Star Village”. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
