Hampton Inn Oneonta

Very friendly, hospitable and clean. They were helpful finding everything we needed for my daughter and friends and even let us book extra time for the kids at the pool. The cleaning staff was super friendly and put a smile on the kids face every time they were seen. We will definitely be going back for another sleepover/pool party or just for a night away.

The suite was clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. My only two complaints are that the app based room keys can be a bit temperamental and the shower did not get very hot. Other than that it is what you would expect from a business class hotel.

give me a five stars room with super clean everything was sanitized everything was put away the way it should be plus there were actually coat hangers in the closet. Very friendly customer service with just about any amenity that you need free coffee 24 hours a day breakfast in the morning and like I said super clean rooms which do not make you feel disgusting as soon as you walk in. Definitely a place to stay when you're in Oneonta that is a five-star place.

We went there to have a little family night get away to let the kids swim a little. The hotel is in need of updating the beds are not what we are accustomed to from Hampton, worn in, I could feel the springs. They had to have the smallest flat screen TV I've ever seen in a Hampton. Overall a mediocre stay with very restrictive times to allow the kids to swim.
