Super 8 by Wyndham Oneonta/Cooperstown

Good room and clean bathroom. Overall great hotel for the price. 2 issues that prevents a 5 star review.n#1. Employee at desk was new and didn't even know how to assign the proper room, after about 20 minutes she had to call a manager to ask. After a long drive from Indiana I was ready to call it a day.n#2. Room was cold when I went in. I know it saves electricity to turn off the heat when not occupied but it was close to freezing last night and wasn't in the mood to once again wait for the room to warm up to get a shower.nnAll in all, no major issues and I would consider staying there again.

I've always been extremely happy with all my stays at Super 8. This one was no different. Room was very clean as well as bed linens. Beds and pillows were comfy. My only issue is that it supposedly is a no smoking facility. As soon as I walked in to check in it smelled very strongly of cigarettes as well as the hallway leading to my room. Room did not smell at all. Overall I had yet another great experience at a Super 8 hotel.

Simple hotel, friendly service, simple amenities, great prices! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!
