Douglaston Salmon Run

If you are going to own the best part of the river do it right. Douglaston Salmon Run must make alot of money and the only thing I see them spending it on is kids to keep out ppl who dont pay. The employees make me feel uncomfortable while they walk around talking to other green hats and looming over the river. Restore some riverside trails(please!) clean up the caution tape and junk piles.

A pristine place and atmosphere to fish...nStaff is great and fishermen helpful and respectful towards one another. A young man helped carry my fish out!

Still allowing a little too much riff-raff in during Salmon season, especially for a pay to fish experience.nStill the best fishing late season.

They manage how many people enter so it's not over crowded

Always a pleasure to go fishing and the camaraderie there is good as well.
