Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast

The house is immaculately kept. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. The breakfast is so delicious and plenty of it! Loretta is a perfect hostess. It was my third time there and I will definitely be back.

Loretta is lovely, and her bed and breakfast is warm, inviting and unique. The breakfast was delightfully delicious, including the wonderful vegan version, with many thoughtful touches.

Loretta is an excellent host! Breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean and cozy, and convenient to everything in Warwick. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

I had a family emergency which required a quick trip for my family to Warwick. Loretta, the Innkeeper, handled all aspects of our needs at the B&B great. From booking the rooms, and picking the right ones based on our family, while I was a bit absent minded due to other reasons. Also all Covid protocols were communicated and follower great, which made me feel safe, and family healthy. Conditions were meticulous. I honestly had the best nights sleep, which I didnt expect due to the situation. Loretta was very flexible with our non-typical schedules. I will for sure stay again without hesitation. Coffee was great, food, the best, I'm vegan, family is not. And we all had great breakfast choices, Loretta was so helpful and knowledgeable, much better than any server in any restaurant I've been.

Absolutely love this place. So private and tucked away from the hustle and fast pace things around us. They make you feel like you are in your own home!!
