My 3 year old daughter's bike had a crank issue. I brought it in for them to tighten up which they did very quickly. To my surprise they also checked the tire pressure, tighten the handle bars and chain and made sure the bike was in tip top shape. my daughter was back on it 15 minutes after we had entered the store. fantastic customer service!nnThank you again, Austin!
Ive bought two bikes from Bikeway and I would recommend using them instead of ordering online or going to a chain store. You get a free tuneup and One of my gears wouldn’t shift and they took care of it in 10 minutes so I didn’t miss any riding time. If Ordered online I would of had to figure out the gear on my own but buying from them gives you peace of mind. I also changed my mind on bikes after purchase and they helped me find the right road bike for me and let me switch bikes with no hassle. They got everything you need at the store for your biking needs.
