The Milk House Bed & Breakfast

I stayed here for 2 months during my internship in Clinton. The landlady was very warm and hospitable, she made sure we were serviced with the best. I am truly delighted with my stay and would definitely love to visit the place some day.nnTheresa (the landlady) provided us with all basic facilities and was very concerned about our needs. Definitely recommended for who wants to live in the countryside.

This B&B was excellent! The beds were very comfortable for myself and my family. Very cozy and super clean. Theresa was an excellent innkeeper and the breakfast was out of this world. Thanks Theresa! We look forward to our next visit!

It was like an old granny house. A cute old granny house. Definitely old, but the lady running the house is a darling and made us amazing pancakes for breakfast. Rooms were clean but pretty well-worn.

The single best B&B I've ever visited.

DECEPTIVE INNKEEPER - Be very careful about putting a deposit on a room at Milkhouse. I talked with the innkeeper about her cancellation policy and she told me I would receive a full refund on my deposit (with no cancellation fee) if I cancel within a certain timeframe. I cancelled several weeks before the cancellation policy stated. Still she charged me $25. I tried calling her to resolve the issue but she would not answer my calls. She's not trustworthy.
