A lovely hotel and spa! We had a great weekend getaway for our anniversary. If you like old converted mansions, you will love this place. Many modern updates, but some throwbacks to the old mansion still remain. The only two drawbacks were having to listen to the couple right above us loudly and energetically enjoying their stay ud83eudd23, and not being able to reach the front desk with the phone in our room. The town is lovely, there is a little park between the hotel and river with benches tables and a swing. Lots of little places to eat and shop and Buffalo is a short drive away.

Clean spacious recently updated rooms. Bed was comfortable, linen smelled n looked very clean. Friendly front desk personnel, GM Nicole was very friendly. Parking is awkward. Have to park in lower lots on either side of hotel. Plenty of parking though. Had a river view suite amazing views of the Niagara River. TV could be a tad bigger for that room size but overall very pleased with our stay. Close to Niagara Falls less then 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

I’m leaving one star because the staff there where friendly and accommodating but that’s it. The room are extremely dirty and the carpets had pet urine and poop stains on them. The bathroom you could see dirt rings from previous guests. The rooms are specious but don’t have anyone above you. You can hear every conversation and every foot step! Breakfast is a joke. I understand Covid restrictions but to have nothing but cereal and danish is ridiculous especially sense it is all sugar and my husband is a dietetic and can’t have any of it. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Very nice hotel. For a late-COVID place to stay, the room is clean and cozy, bathrooms clean, breakfast fully pre-packaged foods. It is located just outside of Niagara. There is a beautiful ballroom and adjoining terrace that would be a great venue for a destination wedding

There was no water filled at all for breakfast which is just a banana or prepackaged muffin, the ac unit isn't near the bed so we slept warm, the windows don't open, an ice machine is only on the 3rd floor, the employees don't wear masks, in our room we can hear the people above us walking and moving about in their room so loudly we had to turn the TV up, and overall not a great experience. First & final time here that's for sure!
