Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster

We weren’t even going to take a trip this year with the whole Covid thing but decided we both needed a few night out of town. I will not stay there again that’s for sure. It was such a rip off. When I booked our room, no where on their site did it say that the pool and the buffet breakfast was closed. I could of got another place for way cheaper. The bed was awful. Neither of us slept at all the whole time we were there.nIt was a complete waste of my hard earned money. So disappointed. The only thing the place had going for it was the size of our room. Plus we found garbage under the couch.

I stayed here for 7 nights and had an overall wonderful time! The hotel itself is well kept and clean, but definitely a little outdated. It's not quite as new or nice as the other Hamptons I've been to, but absolutely worth it to stay here for the price. The rooms are spacious! During COVID the complimentary breakfast is boxed and bagged for you to take with you along with cereal and fruit. It's really nice that they still provide food in the mornings for guests. Fitness Center and Pool are both closed, but the lobby is open for lounging during select hours. I tried to use the business center computers but neither of them were working and the front desk person did not know how to help me with it. One night during my stay, I had a screaming child in the room next door for several hours. I called the front desk and the African American night auditor (I don't know his name) was AWESOME! He was so kind and understanding. He refunded me for the night, moved me to a new room just for that night (allowing me to keep all my luggage in my other room without having to complete switch rooms) and just went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and appropriately helped. He was the shining star of my stay! Overall I would stay here again.

Room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and nice what more could you ask for

This is a very well managed, very clean, very nice hotel. It is not the most up to date i.e. no USB ports. But the bed and spaciousness of the room and the way everything was where it’s should be - like the coffee was always hot - makes this place perfect

Great place and staff. Love the decor of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, clean rooms and common areas. Great breakfast with healthy options. Front desk staff on all shifts were great. We stayed over night on new years eve and had fun, we will return.
