Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester Webster

When i called regarding my item that was left behind I was told to call back. I proceeded to call back and was actually transferred to housekeeping finally. But I was transferred to an voicemail in which I left a message with my missing item information and phone number. I never received a call back. I called back two days ago and finally someone who answered and physically went to take a look for my missing item. That employee or whomever said they seen no such item. Which is a Sweatshirt I purchased for around 150 dollars. Needless to say it’s the principle more than the sweatshirt or the price. And I left a review and all of sudden I got more of a response than I did when I kept calling regarding my missing item! I asked to speak to the manager and him/her refused to come to the phone and had an employee come back and tell me SORRY we checked it’s just button up dress shirts! If you travel you know housekeeping always take things they’re used to people just saying assuming welp I lost that. That’s because places like this add to that stigma. I will never stay here. Please don’t respond as if u care. You guys have my number!

We came from Syracuse to spend the weekend and let our kids swim. I understand guidelines due to covid but they way that they allow people to sign up for the pool isn’t fair at all!! No openings other than 8am for 50 mins. They should allow people to only book certain slots and make it fair for everyone. We have a special needs son who was really looking forward to swimming (it’s his favorite). Very upset! I never normally complain but this was very upsetting to see how they allowed people to sign up for whatever they wanted.

Friendly staff. Felt very safe. Everything sanitized extra caution to social distance. Loved it. :)

Very clean. Very spacious suites (2 green with pullout couch) friendly staff. I'll stay here again if I need accommodations in the area.

Had a great time for my birthday this weekend very clean and has great people working there very will be going back soon
