Copper Hill House

The house is very old, when we entered into house we had old house smell, bathroom facilities not good, water in 1st floor comes slower. We were 14 went to the house, the owner deducted $200 from advance saying because of two extra person (that too for two kids) cleaning is more, she said she recently painted the walls, actually it doesn't looks like that. and she needs to clean the wall. We vacated the house with clean, For some reason to recover her house cost she deducted from advance and more than that she is not ready to talk with us and explain why she deducted from advance, saying that she has meeting. Over priced house. If you are looking for a big house there are many which is good and cheaper (ex- Lakeside Rentals and more).

It's nice and spacey, with lots of outdoor greenery. Lots of spiders all over.
