This summer, we did a complete remodel of our bathroom; right down to the studs. The entire Kaz team of Lisa B, Justin, Steve and Joe were all super to work with - always professional, nice and skilled at their respective jobs. Steve was especially thoughtful in recommending some slight changes to make things a bit easier for my husband who has dementia. The bathroom looks FANTASTIC! I would use Kaz again in a heartbeat.
We used Kaz, based on the recommendation of my brother, to replace the siding, soffits and gutters on our house. Because I knew of the quality of work on my brothers house, and how pleased he was, I entered the process with high expectations. They exceeded my expectations at every level. Matt and the sales team was very helpful, on the front end, figuring out exactly what we wanted to do. Once that was decided, Dustin followed up on many occasions to insure everything, with the plan, was correct and to inform me of the schedule. And once the work started it really got impressive. Brian Bishop and his Hardy installation Crew were outstanding. The quality of their work, their communication, the respect they showed to me, my family and my property was exceptional. And their attention to detail with all the little things was so appreciated. They even took care of a small but lingering electrical issue while they were there. I have absolutely no regrets and would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
We used Kaz for the installation of replacement Tudor style siding. Exceptional service and professionalism all around. Matt came out for the initial estimate and we discussed details and concerns that other contractors failed to address or notice. Dustin kept us updated on the schedule of the project. Brian and his crew did a fantastic install and were very accommodating to a few minor details during the install. Any communication with the home office was great and calls were returned promptly. I will be having them back for a roofing estimate in the near future.
Kaz did a complete kitchen remodel for us over the past couple months. We love it !!! Lisa B. was great to work with, nudging us in the right direction with our selections, Justin was always responsive when we had to call, but Steve was phenomenal !! He was very professional, a great craftsman, always courteous, communicated every step of the project and his attention to even the smallest detail was much appreciated! Will definitely call Kaz again for any projects we decide to do in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
They replaced our soffits and fascia and did an excellent job. It took months to have them come out, I called in June and the work was done in December. The folks they contracted to do the gutters weren't the best at following directions, but Kaz fixed that up. The things I appreciate most was how good the work was and also the folks who were doing the work were great, decent people, the sort you don't mind being on your property at all. The trimmed back dead branches from a tree too. I recommend them, you just need patience.
