I don’t often write reviews but this experience is worth sharing. I had a small piece of siding get ripped off my house in February as a result of some crazy weather we get. I got estimates from 3 companies and chose Buffalo’s Best Roofing based on their quote and their salesman, Al. He was really great in terms of explaining the process, how they operate and what the quote was all about. Once I had chosen them, I worked with Amanda to coordinate the date to get the siding replaced, which ultimately was the entire side of the home. I was pleasantly surprised by the communication level surrounding the work to be done on my house as not only did the office call to let me know when they would be out to fix my house, but the day of the job I was also notified about the time they would arrive which I didn’t expect.nOnce the work crew arrived at my home, they went right to work and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. In fact, the new siding matches the exact color of my current siding, which was put on the house in 1993. You would never know I had new siding on 25% of my home, that’s how well it matched, which helps with the curb appeal naturally.nI recommend you use this company. I recognize there a lot of choices, but between the responsiveness, the level of communication, the work that was done and the final appearance of how it all looks I couldn’t be happier.

We needed a new roof, full tear off and replace. Three companies came out and provided us estimates. Aside from offering the best value for our money, Buffalo's Best was also the only company that said they could start almost immediately.nnThe replacement of the roof took a little more than a day. A crew of three did the job. They were hard working, professional and friendly. I am not exaggerating when I say that there was never a time during the job that work wasn't being done. I was amazed with their work ethic.nnThe roof looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the result.nnOur gutters were installed about a week after the roof. It uncovered some rotted wood which cost us a little extra, but they did a great job showing us the damage, explaining the repair, and the charge was more than reasonable.nnIf you're looking for the best value for your money, I don't think you'll find much better than Buffalo's Best. They lived up to their name on our job.

Buffalo's Best Roofing just finished a roof repair where the entire process took less than a week, inspection, quote, schedule and completion of the work. This was not an emergency. Just fantastic, you don't always see this kind of service. Joe started the ball rolling with an inspection and quote, that was fair and fast. Even though I did not like Pete's hat (Jets hat) Pete and his partner Mo did a fantastic job and were more than anxious to please us. Completed with a total cleanup, you would never know they were there, This review would have been a 5 but need to wait a couple of weeks to determine that the rework was successful. Just can't say enough as to how impressed I am with this company, would definitely recommend.nMike Johnson.

I am currently having a roof installed by Buffalos Best and will update when completed, but Roy and his team have been so impressive thus far I felt compelled to type a review. For starters my roof is by no means an easy one, in fact some other companies were scared away by its complex design as well as its size which includes flats, precision metal work, many transitions and multiple layers to tear off. The work they have done so far is excellent and the owner is a man of integrity and his employees all respect him. I worked in the construction industry for over 10 years and have never seen workers with such a high respect level for their boss. With all that being said, I will update when the roof gets completed, but so far Buffalo’s Best Roofing LLC really lives up to their name.nnOne year follow up review: Although we had a couple issues along the way, Mr. Hamilton stood by his guys and the company completed a roof no other company (including some of the “fancy” companies with all their commercials and empty promises who only take jobs they can make a killing on) would even provide a quote for. Through all four seasons, no leaks, no issues and it looks incredible. The tear off guys were professional, clean and fast, and Danny did a fantastic job taking pride in his metal work. No job that large goes perfect, but in the end, the roof looks stunning. For being a newer company, they have some real talented guys and get the job done!
