Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites

For 100$ room.. it was small.. no ice machines. Dirty and falling apart. Felt unsafe. Then morning breakfast.. was only cereal and the oj didn't even work.

We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled heavily of cigarettes when the air turned on, causing me to wake up with a sore throat. Paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom and the light in the shower didn't work.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. I’m already in my second room and I’m appalled. The lamp shade is all bent up. There’s a big large stain on ceiling. Something gross that looks like feces is on the wall and the mirror is gross. To top it off, the faucet handle comes off when you turn it on. If you saw my pictures, you’d be grossed out as much as me.

Room cold heating system doesn't work paid them to sleep in my truck to stay warm... I don't recommend!!!!

Bed bugs stay awayyyyyy $90 and I have pictures,only thing I was told was told to leave my name and so what about the health department
