The Delavan Hotel

My husband and I stayed in the suite on 2/11 for our 7 year anniversary. The room was beautiful, food at salvatores was delicious as always, and the young lady working the front desk between 4-11 was absolutely amazing. She made sure we enjoyed our stay and was so accommodating. We had a wonderful stay thanks to her and the gentlemen that helped her that night. We will definitely be back! ❤ud83cudf77ud83cudf5d

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. The roll away bed had seen better days but ok for my 8 year old. The grab and go breakfast during covid is a little blah, would have liked some juice options for children or non coffee drinkers. Also saw pics of pool online but there is no pool!

Beyond terrible! My girlfriend booked a room & dinner for a night for us. Once in the room i noticed a stain on the comforter that we didn't really fuss about though unacceptable. As we started to pull the sheets back she noticed a BLOOD stain! We called & told the front desk and the guy acted as if he didn't even want to change the sheets! After he changed the sheets and left we checked them and they were worse than the sheets he changed the first time! We decided to have dinner and check out. As we're explaining to the manager why we were leaving he acted like he didn't want to refund my girlfriend the $300 she paid for the room and horrible tasting dinner. He called about a hour after we left & refunded her for the room minus the disgusting dinner. People please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! In the middle of a pandemic they can't even seem to keep clean sheets. Shame on the manager at the delevan hotel on transit rd, that place was disgusting!!

Hotel itself was beautiful. However walls paper thin. Heard hotel neighbors going at it like animals all night....no sleep for me. Not to mention bed was uncomfortable could feel springs on bed. Def not one of my favorite hotels. Dinner overall ok. Lobster bisque was delicious and servers very friendly. However my chicken parm was overcooked. Breakfast was awful. Only options were bagels, nasty bagged muffins, or apples and oranges. Wont be returning unfortunately. For a newer hotel this was extremely disappointing.

Ok room, but no different from a chain hotel. For an advertised upscale restaurant, they should enforce their own dress code. I've seen better dressed diners at McDonald's. No hotel service brochure with what the hotel offers. No information on if they have room service.
