Buffalo Airport Hotel

Check in was wonderful the gentleman was very kind to change our room to a first floor one because my significant other is a disabled veteran and stairs are tough on him. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Checkout was easy and quick.nThis is where my opinion changes. I two rings in the bathroom. They weren’t expensive just sentimental because they were from my daughters. Yes, it’s my fault I didn’t make a final sweep like I usually do. BUT, as soon as I got home and realized they were missing I called to notify them of my loss the gentleman took my information and told me he would give it to someone the next morning and for me to call back at 9 am. I did call back yesterday morning like I was asked to do and I was transferred to the manager who did not answer. I left a detailed message and have not heard anything back from anyone. 48 hours after check out and nothing. A total disregard for the customer.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Prices were great. The room was great. And the staff was great. The gave me a ride to the airport and I didn't have to pay a taxi or uber.

mentally challanged staff prevented my daughter to check in for a reservation that i had pre paid as a present . because she did not have the same credit card

Terrible staff. Just rude when talking to them and manager doesn’t return phone calls. They make you put down a 100$ deposit. I only had 40$ and stayed there about a month ago and I still haven’t received my money back, glad I didn’t have the 100.
