Holiday Inn Buffalo-Intl Airport

I only spent a night here buthe staff was nice and the room was clean.nnIts kind of a maze and there is definitely some undesirable people who end up there, but it's not a crack house at all.nnMy flight got cancelled and o got a free room for the night. They had a microwave next to the ice machine and a smoking area out in tr he courtyard.nnThe staff was SO SO nice, as well as the shuttle service to the airport.nnRoom and bed were comfortable and VERY clean

In this time when we are called to distance, I am glad for service where the health of the consumer is put first. Holiday Inn is such service venue.nnAfter noticing that the sink and tub was not draining during showers, on 2nd day I requested a complete cleaning to address the drain. Didn't happen. Mates had to wait for tub to drain to shower. Very inconvenient. Never had this before. Took this because no suite were available.

Although this hotel is undergoing renovations, it did not put a damper on my stay. My room is great, as is the staff. The housekeeping staff is excellent as is the maintenance... yes, I said maintenance. I requested a bigger sized fridge 4 my extended stay & they came almost immediately! Walking down the halls u dnt hear any noise or riff raff. There r several vending & ice machines throughout the building. N last but not least there is coin laundry on site 4 those that need 2 do laundry.nIwould say my overall stay was a 10+ and I would recommend this hotel 4 short & extended stays!

Some of the staff was great, the rooms are decent but there is no elevator.

Everything is outdated and some rooms are missing simple amenities like a fridge ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f. I am afraid to take a shower in this room because based on the fact that there is a glob of hair in the shower makes me feel like there was no cleaning done... DISGUSTING ud83eudd22. When I paid for my room earlier the guy at the front desk kept asking for my card and by then end of my purchase he still hadn't even told me what my total was. He just kept talking about the $25 for incidentals. Its pretty quiet overall and the bed is comfy but they could definitely do a lot better.
