TownePlace Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

Very quiet and just a few minutes to the Buffalo Airport. Was able to get breakfast at 5am.

I commend the hotel management for their kindness, generosity and attention to detail.nWhen our room was ready, we received a notification on the Marriott App. I am Titanium Elite and the hotel upgraded us from a studio suite to a one-bedroom suite, which is EXTREMELY RATE at North American Marriott properties.nThe hotel is very organized. They offered fulfilling grab-and-go breakfast. The building is newer and very clean. I would love to stay here again.

Very clean and new. Real to go breakfast.nMike in maintenance took care of all my issues; l thought the dishwasher was leaking but it turned out to be the kitchen faucet so he replaced it.nThe front desk staff is efficient and friendly, would like to mention specific ones but name tags are too small to read. Kevin runs a tight ship.nHouse cleaning did a great job.nAbout the room. Stayed here a month. Door is tough to open very far, probably refrigerator is enormous. Dishwasher is half size so usually have to run twice a day. Dishes and utensils in room, pots and pans upon request. Kitchen table pulls out from under desk. One desk chair on wheels. Useless sleeper love seat, but every hotel does that. Would so prefer a comfortable chair instead.nHVAC has wall control but heat and cool not separate so always on. Filter was clean. 32 inch TV in awkward location but easy connection for Roku. Fancy bathroom, low tub, big shower head. Hot water takes a minute to get to 4th floor from sinks, but not shower it is almost too hot. Not sure mattress is rotated regularly. Plenty of lights and storage cabinets.nWindow doesn't open. Has two vents, one in kitchen one in bathroom.nSometimes on the weekends you can hear people arguing/partying through the former and smell weed from the latter.nThe pool is very very clean, but l was expecting bath water but it is a little cooler than that.

Very good locatiom, excellent service, staff is very good, service is excellent, breakfast is also very good, swimming pool is also very neet even every things are very neet, we stay here about 18 days and enjoy very much, room service is availabe when ever you required.we have 2 bed suit having each bed room LED TV with sitting room with dianing table sofa set big LED TV as well as kitchen having refrigerator, cooking range, microwave oven and toaster.
