Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport/Galleria Mall

One of the best Hampton Inn’s I have stayed at! It’s 100% because of how fantastic and hospitable the staff is! I have been here twice in the last two weeks, and everyone is genuinely happy to have us there. Colleen the van driver as well as another gentleman (I am sorry I never got his name- but he works in Maintenance and he was out van driver Sunday night and Monday evening). Everyone here just goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable! The rooms are nice, the bathrooms fresh and clean, and the breakfast is a surprising treat fromnSo many other boring grab and go bags (thanks to covid). Thank you so much!

The customer service at this hotel is awesome. They take pride in and deserve recognition for the cleanliness of the hotel. I mean this hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast is a special touch. Coffee and tea are provided in the hotel lobby throughout the day. I just have a few suggestions for the owners. The towels are too hard and stiff and the bathroom could use a dimmer switch because the light is so very bright. Also, the ironing board in my room did not have a padding beneath the cover so when I ironed something the holes from the board showed up on my clothes. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn very much.

Stayed here for work. Felt welcome from the time I was in the shuttle from the airport. Warm and inviting lobby and great customer service. Spotless rooms too! Convenient to get food around too. Very impressed!
