Holiday Inn Express Cheektowaga North East

Pool was nice. Cold but nice. The room wasn't clean. I'm blonde and the shower was full of black hair. And the tables were definitely not wiped down prior to me checking in. I wiped them with my own wipes. Probably won't stay again.

I stayed here last night on business. overall the stay was good but the bed was way to hard.....I didnt get a good nights sleep. but otherwise it was good.

When u check in they as what u want for breakfast. So when u go to breakfast what u ordered is in bag(s). U can eat in breakfast area or in room. Breafast area was quiet and TV was on so ate and watched the news in eating area. Nice clean breakfast area plus rooms were nice and clean.

Staying here for the weekend Friday night did not go so well had to move rooms at like 1 am as the room next to us were having a party however Lamarie was super helpful and got us into a new room and was just super awesome all around. However we ran into the same problems on Saturday night and had to move rooms once again this time at 2 a.m. Zineb who was working front desk that night was also amazing at getting our rooms changed however it was a nightmare of a weekend

Nice Clean Rooms. Well maintained Property. Friendly and Courteous Staff. Will come here again.
