I always have a great experience with Hilton. Staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. I like the way they are handling Covid restrictions. Everything was clean and tidy.

High quality, home like amenities were great. Modern style. Small dog area, could be larger or more obvious. Fenced in area would be great.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was a bit odd because of covid and you had to specifically request housekeeping but still a good place with the circumstances.

The pool and room itself were amazing but it was the little things I disliked. For example all the TVs were relatively small and the room came with random piece they call a somewhat guide . And the reason it lost 1 star is because the SUPPOSED SHOWER CURTAIN WAS A BLANKET that is not something a 4.5 star hotel should be doing then parts of pool were broken off .This just shows how this hotel is unfit to have a 5 star rating

Myself and a friend booked suites for spring break for our kids. Due to an electrical issue and no maintenance on premesis they had to move to another floor causing difficulty for our kids to play with eachother. The pool was cold and when mentioned they said they would rectify but did not. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night requring evacuation. We were not told the cause only that someone had burned something. No refunds offered. One of my children is special needs and it was quite an inconvenience carrying her down 2 flights of stairs.
