Millennium Buffalo

We received exemplary service, the room was clean and sanitized and the staff was wonderful. The manager, Jeff, was especially fantastic going out of his way to ensure that we had the most pleasant experience possible. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Buffalo!

We only stayed for one night, and it was a pretty okay experience. The hotel is located in a great location - directly next door to the mall, nearby restaurants, and easy access to the throughway. The hotel room was very presentable and clean. However, the room was outdated and could use a renovation; perhaps the entire hotel could use a make-over. The staff was very polite, amiable, and helpful. Our only complaint was that the guests next door woke us up at 3:30 am. It's wasn't their fault, it's mainly because of the door between rooms, and we could hear them talking. It literally sounded like they were in our room, and this went on for over an hour. But other than that, our stay here was cool.

Enjoyed our stay over the Easter holiday. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I checked in and both Jessica's that were working at the front desk were very friendly despite the pandemic going on.. I wasn't happy with my room and they were able to put me in one that was more accommodating! I usually come to the Millennium when I want to get away and this is the reason why! 5 stars
