I am so disappointed in the owners of this hotel. My family owned this place 30 yrs ago along with Hubbard's Cubbard around the corner. Many fond memories of the Doyle family

HOW is this place still in business? Never stayed here but I’ve lived in Marshfield my whole life. Every once in a while I will google reviews of the Marshfield inn purely for entertainment. I am pleasantly surprised to some “not bad” reviews. Seems like the nice reviews are from levitate festival attendees- who are peaceful and easy-going and just grateful for a place close by to stay. (Wompatuck isn’t far FYI, I’d imagine it’s a bit better than hell on earth aka Marshfield inn). As I said I have never stayed there, but if you’ve ever seen the movie the bird box with Sandra bullock, I imagine the thing that everyone is seeing is probably exactly what the Marshfield inn looks like on the inside. Time to get rid of it, lets do a nice bed and breakfast- such a great location! ud83dude42

The room was overpriced... Dirty.. The ceiling in the shower was caving in.

Poor!!! This place is NASTY! Its so dirty, everthing is broken! Drugs and cops all day and night in the parking lot!! NOT a place to bring your family! When i asked for a receipt they wouldnt give me one. By far the worst place i have ever paid to stay. The owners are very rude and its filthy!!! Should be condemned. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.!!

Stay here a few times with my boyfriend for the heck of it. Love this place. Clean and comfy. And the porch is a bonus
