Jay's Cycles

I'm a big fan of Jay's Cycles. The products they sell are great (Trek bikes!) and Jennifer and Rich always give great advice. Bike supplies have been very limited recently because of COVID-related demand, but they have provided great info about what is and isn't available and have come through with great bikes for me and my family.

One word...JENNIFER...yesterday we bought our 6th bike at Jay's Cycle. She is honest, pro-active, patient, and was able to make everything happen for my son as we purchased the last adult bike left in the store (due to pandemic issues bikes are on back order). As my son has grown up this is his third Jay's Trek. My husband has a beautiful Trek from Jay's, and I bought a Jay's Trek in 1991, and a new one in 2019. Can't thank Jennifer enough. I don't want to shop anywhere else when it coming to biking.

Excellent communications over phone when I called to inquire about bike I was interested in purchasing. I received excellent support when in store. All questions answered with friendly and professional service. I'm very appreciative that my bike purchase was made so easy. Thank you!

Brought my Trek in for a Tune Up and Tires. After an Inspection of the bike I was told I do not need tires. Honesty cannot be faked.Dropped off on a Wednesday and got an email two days later letting me know it was ready to pick up and ride.Jay's is passionate about Cycling and it shows in all they do. I just bought a Trek Marlin 7 from Jay’s Cycles. After months of looking for a bike that was quality and affordable Jay’s was able to help me out. The Bike I wanted was coming into the shop a few days ago so they put it on hold for me and immediately notified me when it was ready for me. When I got to the shop I was helped immediately by Rich. He was very helpful and even mounted my trunk bike rack for me and showed me the best way to strap the bike to the rack. I will definitely be returning to Jay’s!
