My review is just about identical to the one left by previous reviewer Thompson. When I contacted Mary at this company she PROMISED someone would be here Thursday 2/25 for an estimate. Foolish me believed her as she appeared to be sincere. Late morning on Thursday I contacted her to be sure someone would be coming and again she assured me they would. Around 12:30 PM I contacted her again since no one appeared as promised and she again assured me someone would be here. I explained I can't waste another 4 hours waiting for a no show. She then said go do what you need to do? So I am supposed to only do local errands because they are inept? Told her that would not work. She then promised someone would be here Friday morning on 8/26 - as you are probably guessing again a no show.nnCalled Mary multiple times explaining my time is at least as valuable as anyone's at their company. I let her know I am also a business owner and had now wasted 2 full mornings waiting for people that I believe Mary knew full well wouldn't show. She said to go out - again I explained when I go out it will not be local but then I relented when she said again that she promises Dave will be coming out and will give me a 30 minute heads up when heading my way. End result is I wasted and waited over 13 hours for repeated NO SHOWS.nnWhen a company can't be bothered showing up or be responsible and professional it is a big RED FLAG that there are many other issues than shows plaguing this company. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!

This is a fantastic company to use. They were neat, prompt, courteous and hardworking. We had a large commercial roofing job that they did for us. They did the job they said they would do and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Called them to have someone come by and quote a new metal roof, made appointment for the afternoon on Wednesday and was told someone would call before coming, needless to say no call or visit. Called today to complain and was told I would get a call with answer to the no show, which never happened and told someone would come by today which again no show. Definitely would not use this company as others I've interacted with responded promptly.

I reached out via email for a quote, received a follow up within 24 hours. They had a knowledgeable representative on site within 3 days to look at the roof of my garage that needed shingle replacement. The appointment was scheduled for about 3 weeks later, which was satisfactory as this was not an urgent need. They kept me informed the week before of the exact date of arrival, and were on site that morning. The job was finished that afternoon and looks fantastic, exactly as needed. Efficient and no cleanup required. Thanks again!

We replaced our old roof this fall and were very happy with the estimate process, scheduling, and the actual work, which was done on time by a crew that left our property just like they found it. They even helped us set up the manufacturer’s warranty.
