Midwest installed a roof, gutters, and facia on my Mother's home in Lincoln. A small part of the facia came off. I called Midwest to come and repair. I first texted Midwest about fixing the facia on October 13. After several more texts he finally showed up to look on November 2 and said somebody would come yet that week. NOBODY SHOWED!!! Texted him again on November 9 and he said he would call November 11. We did not get a call. After numerous calls and texts I am tired of the runaround. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you need any follow up work!!!!!!!nnFollow up....The company said they did not install the facia in question. I called the insurance adjuster and he said that the company was paid to replace all facia, and upon admission by the company in their response, they did not replace all facia. Apparently the company felt they could take advantage of an old lady. I did call the company, and the man I talked to was uncooperative and babbled on about some family problems he is having. He also swore a lot! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!nnHow it ended......A subcontractor finally showed up on November 17 and replaced all the facia that was, according to the insurance company, supposed to be replaced in the first place. The subcontractor was professional and not a wild man like the one that swore and called me every name in the book as he was upset I wrote a negative review on google and BBB. I do believe that Midwest Storm Solutions simply tried to get away with cutting corners on a senior citizen. I stand by my recommendation to not hire this company as they are not trustworthy. If you do hire, make sure they do everything they are paid to do as they tried to cheat us!!!!

They did a great job on the Low income housing in Chillicothe, MO roofs! Very nice too!

Super fast and high quality work. The clean up was amazing, I only found a few small pieces of old shingles in my yard post work.
