The apartments and beautiful. The staff are friendly and respectful. If there is a maintenance issue it is addressed in a timely manner.
this place is terrible overprice i used to live here it always smells in the hallways they charge to much and never tell you that there coming in your apartment please don tlive here
All I'm saying is that this place is bad in general late announcements about inspections as they leave notes of the inspection either the day of or day before and while upon moving out of this filthy place they will show your apartment off to others while still living here cause right before I left this place they showed my apartment off not one but THREE times and only told me the day before and the inspection was early in the morning and I have college so how do you expect me to clean while I work to do and homework like and the manager over charges a ton for other people and any type of pets even if its small rodents all I am saying is if you are looking for a place to live not the place at all dont believe me? Fine live here but I'm telling the truth
I'm pretty sure I got black mold in the walls of my apartment because whenever I'm in there I can't breathe and it smells very damp. It's hard to get fresh air and it's relatively hard to ventilate. Overall I think this place is in violation of several health codes.
They don't give you notices B4 doing something in your house. Overcharge for pets and rent. Over 1k for a 1bedroom. Not good at all.
