Price is fair, room was comfortable. The view from our room was amazing. Parking was a little sketchy because the hotel is on a hill. Definitely worth what you pay.
Asked us to mask up to get room key. No breakfast being served. Staff was helpful. Room was good price through booking.com
I am staying here for the first time. The front desk staff were sooooo nice. I asked for an extra blanket and I got it!!! The rooms are comfortable. There was a luggage cart which is ALWAYS helpful!! The door for the front desk area is automatic AND there is a ramp. And there a lots of rooms at ground level. This place is mobility disabled friendly. They have cute items for sale. The rooms have micros, refrigerators and coffee makers. They have irons and ironing boards.. the beds are super comfy!!nnI totally recommend this hotel. Ohhh... And we got two rooms for two nights for less than some other dumpy hotels.
Great price, loved the view of the lake from my room.nComfy bed and a bit of peace n quiet I needed.
The room was ok. There was a water stain/crack in the ceiling. Great view of Lake Superior. Some odor in the hallways and room. No elevator for us to use and no breakfast. Understand about Covid, but the website still indicates there is breakfast. The rates should be changed if breakfast not included. I prepaid so had no other option to stay elsewhere. It was quiet and clean.
