My doctor called in a script there by accident. I haven’t filled a script there in years. When I called asked about the script the script would be $$$nI told them no they said they have on file xyz health insurance I’m not sure how they were able to pull that up since that one isn’t active. They kept reacting the same insurance company when I told them I don’t have them anymore. He said well can you give me your new info and I can check. I told them never mind I’ll have Walgreens across the street call & transfer the script.

Their system texts you saying your prescription is ready, but when you get there to pick up, they don’t have your medication in stock.

Make sure if you ever have 2 scripts stapled to a bag that there is 2 in the bag. Unfortunately I had a controlled substance for food suppressant I stopped taking for a moment so I wasn't concerned on opening my pick up. Once two weeks went by I opened it up and saw I only had one pill bottle in there. Was told that the pharmacist was going to look through all the cameras and he never did. Had to keep calling. One pharmacist said that she would refill but then I would never be able to get a controlled substance. I told her I would prefer that they do everything to locate and find. I do not know the processes and when I explained maybe check the bins the ground I got major attitude they were even and that was it. Well someone is stealing. I was given the number to the d m and I've called twice I never got a return call. The pharmacist said who cares your doctor's going to be prescribing you this in few weeks already you're not losing out. How am I not losing out they only prescribe this for 6 months? I lost my money and 30 days of pills.
