Wish I could give less than one star! Rude cashier and long lines! Obviously, Bill was not at the store because his customer service is exceptional! I will no longer spend my money or frequent this store! Customer service training is needed for some cashiers so they learn that the customer is crucial to Rite Aid’s survival as well as their paycheck! In addition, I will no longer recommend this location! ud83dude21

I could not get through to the pharmacy for 3 days (Sept 1-3, 2020). No-one would ever pick up. This is unacceptable!!!!! So happy to have moved from the area so I do not have to deal with this pharmacy. I have been to other Rite Aid pharmacies and never dealt with this. I will be calling corporate!

The worst pharmacy in the entire state of Michigan, they tell me that they can’t fill my prescription but when the doctor called them they said for me to come back and this has not been my first or second issue with this place, but it will definitely be my last.

You’ll find what you want here. But there’s always long line on the cashier. Understaffed.

The manager William seems to punch in daily with an unpleasant disposition and disdain for the community that he works in. His behavior teeters between unconcerned to out right impatient short and rude. It would be helpful to the establishment to hirer management that reflects the demographics of the community it is servicing to establish trust with the community instead of putting a person in a management position that resents the people they are serving
