Mastercraft replaced our roof+gutters, siding, and windows in their entirety. The work exceeded our expectations, the cost was reasonable, and all of the workers were both skilled and a pleasure to have around. John was upfront and transparent about every decision, and worked thoughtfully with our budget to make sure we made the best choices. He gave us quotes (which were always a relief to hear plus were never exceeded!) on the spot rather than taking weeks to send estimates like many other contractors. Josue made adjustments to the windows as needed after installation, and patiently provided super helpful insight when we asked his advice about renovations. Marcos and his team (I think Mario and Carlos) did a painstaking job on removing two layers of old cedar siding/rotting wood and installing James Hardy siding. They working quickly and yet with great care and attention to detail, and included us in decision making on some ambiguous areas. Alex and his team of roofers dealt gracefully and quickly with our rotting roof and the tree growing round our chimney. The entire team communicated clearly and promptly throughout the project as they transformed our entire home. In our experience with many contractors in the area, Mastercraft rates among the BEST!

John O'Brien of Mastercraft Roofing Siding Windows attention to detail and level of customer service is second to none. I would like to thank him and his team on the whole house makeover project of my 40 year old Muti-Level house. It was in bad state of disrepair. Scope of project: Vinyl side house, PVC wood on corners, rakes, sofit and fascia, around windows with nose sills, doors and seamless gutters. First stripping off wood cedar shingles and weather wrap house. Plus strip and install 2 new roofs. Not an easy task. John was very reasonable in his prices, which he quoted me on the spot. I recommend dealing with the owner of the company, he was very personable, knowledgeable with decades of experience and advice. I did get other quotes after, but John's fair prices, and quality material was superior. I don't trust easy, but felt very comfortable, I'm old school and do what I say, I found that true about John as well. Also the delivery driver from the supply company delivered a pallet of construction material. I chatted with him and asked about Mastercraft's work. He told me that he has been delivering material to John for 6 month's. Quote: you will be very happy with them, they do excellent work from the houses he's seen before and after completion. I felt reassured I made the right choice. The project was done on time, for the agreed price, and pristine outcome. Done during the hot dog day's record heat of July 2020, with a pandemic to boot. I couldn't be happier, the house looks new, thanks again! Fits in the neighborhood. And all the compliments I've received from my neighbors and friends. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John O'Brien and his Mastercraft to anyone. He truly picked an appropriate name...And I already have recommended him to friends and colleagues I work with.

My neighbor recently had his whole roof replaced by Mastercraft and I took note of the fact that the crew worked fast and did an excellent job. John came out to give me a quote on a roof replacement for my house and also to chase down a small leak that was letting water in during some bad storms. He was very responsive and came out quickly--didn't even charge me for the repair which has held up nicely. When I pull the trigger on replacing my roof Mastercraft will definitely be at the top of my list.

It is hard to get people to look at small issues, but John from MasterCraft was very thorough and extremely helpful. Great service, prompt, and treated the job with care even though it was a small job. I would recommend highly Mastercraft.

Working with John has been a pleasure. He is quick to respond, always on time, and very pleasant to talk to. He was onsite making sure the work was being done right and his crew were absolutely amazing. My new roof, which needed a complete replacement due to shoddy work done by the original builder, was completed in one day and looks great! I highly recommend John O’Brien and the MasterCraft crew!
