I just returned from a stay at the Hampton Inn Kennebunk and I can’t say enough about what a positive experience we had! The hotel was impeccably clean. I feel that I have very high standards for cleanliness. I bring my own cleaning supplies when I travel to clean the room upon check in and there was not anything foe me to clean! The lobby was spotless, the bathrooms in the lobby were spotless, the staff was constantly cleaning and disinfecting all common areas throughout our stay. The coffee and tea service that was provided all day was constantly stocked and full. The indoor pool was clean with plenty of fresh towels stocked. The gym was clean and fully stocked with towels and wipes to clean machines. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The woman who cleaned the lobby and stocked the breakfast area was a delight. She brought our crayons and coloring pages for my children and gave them lollipops. She noticed that they were eating Chex cereal one morning when they typically eat lucky charms and she went back into the kitchen area to bring them out lucky charms instead. I would definitely return to this hotel and I must highly compliment the staff for an amazing stay!

Super clean and well cared for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is definitely the place I will stay every time I visit. Casey and Nico are fantastic!

It was clean. The lady at the desk however, was very rude. She told my coworker there were no rooms but there were at least 10 plus rooms online that were available, so I booked one. Next, when I told her I had a reservation, she told me that I didn't and I showed her my online confirmation. She then gave me an attitude and rudely said, oh great, now we'll be double booked and basically threw some things around her desk area. Then she had an ignorant attitude while completing the check in process. She then continued her tantrum and mocked my coworker. She then basically tossed our room key card at us and ignorantly said where our room was. I said that I'd be leaving a negative review and she followed us out the door as we gathered our things like we did something wrong. Had we not been so exhausted from our drive, we would have went elsewhere. She acted as if we weren't good enough to stay here. I will add there was literally maybe 15 cars in the parking lot at the time of check in. It's a 3 story hotel. If there weren't rooms available then they shouldn't have been online to book neither.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms/bathrooms! Beautiful pool. Great storage. Good size TVs. Respectful staff.

Caroline at the front desk was amazing! Very accommodating as we stayed with two toddlers, I found this was our best hotel experience by far! Rooms were very clean, beds were super comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.
