Traveled with our dog for 1 night and they had a doggy bag with a bowl and a biscuit for her. She loved it. Bed was amazingly comfortable and big. Bathroom was huge and the hot water was amazing.

So currently, they are running understaffed but you would never know it. The manager and another young lady are keeping things moving in such a smooth order. Anytime we needed something, they were there and able to help advise on the area. The rooms were very clean and we had fresh linens anytime we requested. Pool area is kept tidy, pool towels are provided. Not your standard 4 foot pool. This pool goes from 3 feet to 7 and a half. The Inn was super pet friendly, even giving a doggy bag at check in for our four legged Pal. They had doggy station, providing baggy and disposal cans separate from the room area, as well as a pet washing station for your return from the beach. Parking passes for the local beaches are attainable from the front desk on a first come first serve basis which was a life saver. If there had been a grill area this would have been perfect. Please note that breakfast is currently grab and go. Just outside of town making everything incredibly convenient. Very quaint, family oriented Inn. If you’re passing through it’s a great place to stay.

I stayed here for three nights during the Covid-19 epidemic. As a result, some services were reduced or unavailable (no cleaning service during your stay and grab-and-go breakfast, reduced pool hours etc.) but that is to be expected. The hotel has a great location near to attractions but far enough to feel like you have some breathing room. The rooms were exceptionally clean. It was really nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Even better, we could rent a beach pass and beach chairs from the front desk. I believe you can also rent out bikes. The staff at the hotel were working hard to make sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again...hopefully after the global pandemic.

When I checked into my room for a two night stay, the room seemed fine. As I was moving my family’s luggage inside, I found a bunch of food on the ground. It could have been an honest mistake. However, we’re in a pandemic. If a hotel may be cutting corners in cleanliness during a pandemic, that’s a deal breaker. Unwilling to risk my family’s health, I immediately notified the front desk and cancelled our stay. It’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t been refunded.

Stayed here twice. Lovely remodeled motel close to town and Kennebunkport. Much better prices than other places. Has a salt water pool. Nice breakfast room as well. Very efficiently run by nice folks. Book a room towards the back because there can be some noise from Route 1.
