PROS: Our beds were super comfortable. The woman working the front office was good. She was professional and a good listener when issues arose.nnCONS: The unit we stayed in was extremely outdated and in need of deep cleaning/repair. The inside of the pull-out couch was caked with dog hair and smelled pretty bad. There was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, the kitchen table, and on several areas around the exterior of the property. I only mention this because it can potentially be a lead paint hazard which is of special concern, especially for children.nnThe unit we stayed in was attached to the on-site 24/7 laundromat, so there was random noise in the unit on a regular basis. One woman would regularly come into the small laundromat space with at least 4 kids and they would proceed to slam on the door attached to our unit, then scream, and fight. Others would enter talking loudly on their cell phones. I'm assuming if I can hear these people clearly through the laundromat door, people inside the laundromat can also hear inside our unit pretty clearly too.

Great staff available whenever you need them. The grounds are clean and quiet. Wood is provided for the fire pit. Quick 1 minute walk to the beach.

I booked for a July weekend on 02/08/21 on 3/19/21 received email from little miss cottages to contact them regarding my booking I spoke to the manager of the property he told me that he needs to cancel my booking , cause the owners decided not to open up the 3 bedroom house , then was told there are a few other dates they could accommodate me on with a bigger house , I got the dates called back at 4:50 to let the manager know I would take the weekend before my actual accommodations, that I changed my dates at work , I was told he already left the office they would call me in the morning, I didn’t get a call , I called them and then was told by a female employee those dates were not available , the manager must have been looking at the wrong dates , the lady said let me look into it and I’ll call you back , never herd back from her by the afternoon I called back the guy manager answered said he had already left so he would call me in the morning to refund my full money because they were canceling! ok, so I wait the next day till 2:30 pm still no call , I then again called and got the property manager , was told then that he couldn’t refund my money cause he did not have a credit card machine at this time . I replied “that it was not very business like to cancel someone’s vacation reservation and not be able to refund there money when you had no problem processing my payment” and the property manager was very rude , unprofessional and hung up on me . These aren’t the greatest properties but for the prices in the area they look pretty good online . I wouldn’t rent from these people again just simple fact the way they treated me for there cancelation ,they kept blowing me off when told they were going to call me back , I just want my money back to purchase another rental before there all gone , this property couldn’t do that so hopefully this doesn’t ruin my summer vacation .

I am a travel CNA my family and myself have been staying here at #173 since February. Bot only is this place.only a sec from the beach but the property is clean and cared for. The owner is amazing always went out of her way to talk to my son . She takes people out and teaches them to surf and paddle board as she is a professional surfer . Corey the property manager is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He is sweet and kind an always made sure we were taken care of and if we needed anything he was right there to help. Nicole the office manager is so great very personable and super sweet. I can't wait to come stay with them again and I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I made reservation with this place 3 weeks in advance called couple of times due to having questions nobody ever answered mind you I was traveling with my whole family and we have two little kids In total of 12 people we booked they biggest cottage, when we got there they said they don’t have our reservation even tho I had confirmation I was very upset but they said don’t worry we will find a place for you they did right cross the street 500$ more and less accommodations they did offer to pay the difference, or stay at their place for free the following month I said that we need place now so I want him to just pay the difference he didn’t even let me look at the place before he said that he “put money down “ the place looked terrible we refused to stay there because it looked like we were gonna be in someone’s old shed that they rebuilt terrible smell we went back and told them we wouldn’t stay there and see if they have anything else they did try to look and we found a place I told them to just pay the 500 to this place due to it being 700$ more then my original booking he refused making new story each time of why he can’t do it anymore telling me that he is already doing me favor while I am 3 hours from home with no place to stay that was the least they could do for us we did eventually found place to stay 30 min from the beach no help from them. When I called back today to see if they would honor the deal staying there next month he refused saying because my husband left bad review the owner wouldn’t honor the deal anymore, my husband was very upset we had to find place for 12 people obviously he was not happy writing the first review, very very very upset because I did hear people have fun at they location.
