Great spot! Perfect location right across the street from the ocean. Palace play land is right in front! An the pier is right next door! Beds are kinda to soft for me but clean! Bedding is white so clean top cover an sheets. Rooms are very pleasant i will be staying here again!

This place I would never stay again gave them my business 3 times this summer and the last time was horrible. There was a large group of people staying there to party cops had to come 2 times because of fights along with being kept up till 430 in the morning with no staff there that night I've called and asked to speak with a manager 3 times no calls get returned. I'll spend my money on a more professional place!

We stayed on July 3rd and 4th we were up all night long no sleep at all recalled the front desk 3 to 4 times with no answer people were partying next to us till 5:00 in the morning we asked to be compensated for the Room and were told no they were not going to do anything for us they charged the people that made the noise extra money And not compensate any of the guests we're up all night which there were many I was very polite and asking the manager to do something and she abruptly said no and that was it. We suggest if you would like a good night's sleep not to stay at this hotel We are very disappointed and will not return

Between the absolutely vile black mold air conditioner, to the ceiling above my bed about to cave in, water damage and termite damage in bathroom and ceilings, bugs found in room including a large dragonfly and many ants..to the confusion at the front desk when we were given a parking pass for a room we apparently werent even staying in, being lied to and told the people in the spot for our room number were leaving and that they could not get ahold of them to make them check out..an hour later after being forced to sit outside we inquired about the spot since a vehicle was still parked in it, and we had taken someone elses in the meantime. The front office woman shouted loudly at me about how that wasnt even our room, and that they werent guaranteeing us a room til 3 PM ( it was noon by this point ) even though they sent me an email telling me early check in was fine. I asked for a refund at this point because I hated how insane this front desk lady was with me and wanted to go elsewhere. She declined. Then...there was the room. I hated the entire experience.

America's Best Value Inn just got better. Some improvements have been made since last year when we were here for the car show. Service was excellent!! Everyone was so friendly.
