The owner, Missy, is the best! She made check in easy and quick, and she even added some thoughtful perks for us. (Thanks again!) The room was clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The motel is right across the street from a beach entrance. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. The other maintenance staff that we met were also extremely helpful and engaging. We will definitely come back!

I chose this place based on the stellar reviews. Most people commented on the owner, Missy, and how wonderful she is.... the reviews were spot on. Kindness will get my business ever my time! The room was super clean, nice and cool, quiet atmosphere, seconds to the beach and the pool was a huge hit!!! You can even catch a trolly ride downtown for $2 or walk a few blocks. Very close to a few lovely restaurants... overall a 10! Thanks Missy and staff for making us feel at home. We will be back!

It was nice &quiet loved the salt water pool....heated and the beach was directly across the street it was just nice 2nights /3days perfect we will be back hopefully next year August 2021 ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc91ud83dude04

I've been coming up here for the past 20 years. Sea drift is my favorite spot at old orchard. The rooms are immaculate. The owner is amazing & the staff is always courteous & attentive. They go above & beyond to make your vacation memorable. The beach is a short walk across the street & since its about a mile down from the center, it's less congested. Huge heated in-ground salt water swimming pool that is always just as immaculate as the rooms. This is hands down my families favorite spot. Over the last 2 decades, we have become like family with the owner. Its a quiet, family oriented motel & over the years, many of the returning guests have become friends. If I could give this motel a 10 ud83cudf1f, I would.

First-time stay for my birthday week with my daughter my friend and her son was excellent clean room and excellent service the owner she's very friendly and nice and her staff kids enjoyed the pool 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk downtown highly recommend this property looking forward to visiting again next year.
