While this motel was friendly, clean and accommodating, for the price the rooms could be more spacious. They can't do anything about that. The shower was tiny but the water pressure was fabulous. The window unit air conditioner was very loud but not compared to the multiple trains that came by only 50 ft from the window. On this side of the road you really have no choice as the tracks run the whole length. Nice balcony overlooking the very kept pool. BBQ grill at poolside that is for use of guests. Rooms are clean but in three days the only housekeeping that occurred was half making the bed and replacing towels. The single bed rooms have a comfortable queen bed but only two very flat pillows.
Reasonable price. Very dated rooms. Limited staff on hand. Also train tracks are literally 10 feet behind the rooms so if you have a small child it will be tough for them to stay asleep. Kitchen comes well stocked and a decent size for the price. Parking is also very tight. Any SUV will have trouble getting in or out. Place needs a facelift, stay if all other spots are booked.
I am not sure will go back. When I got out of the shower and had finished dressing yet I had a young girl come through the door asking when we would be checking out. She startled my grandson and me...
The pool was cloudy and room cleanliness could be improved. The shower was very small and dated, like the rest of the room.
Cleaning wasn't very good , a broom or mop would have been good. AC was so loud and didn't work very well. Train runs right behind so if you are a light sleeper forget it
