We stayed in Pine Cone cabin and loved everything about it. It was the perfect setting on the quiet side of the island. The cabin had everything we needed and the owners were very attentive. We can't wait to go back.
So charming! Nothing beats Hodgden Pond...nothing!
These cabins are amazing!! They are on a pond with provided canoes and kayaks. There are 3 single kayaks, a double kayak, and one canoe at the moment. Life jackets and oars are provided! I love the location of the cabins as they are on the quieter side of MDI, and the travel to more popular sites in Acadia is not a hassle at all! I have stayed in Birch Bark twice now and I love how the cabins are made of the wood that’s according to their name. I love the smell of birch wood every morning! I will definitely come here again!!
