Rented 3 rooms due to power being out for extended period of time, my disabled mother and my sister in law and her twin baby's and two other young kids had to get someplace with heat. In my sister in laws room she found two capsule pills filled with some type of substance, she found a joint, and was not cleaned, I'm glad she found that stuff and not her toddler's. Strong odor of pot coming from the room next to us and loud music.
Great staff. Remodeled rooms are nice. The location is quiet and relaxing. Nice trail walk along the river.
The owners are very nice people. They are still in the process of renovation but the completed rooms are very nice. New bed, TV microwave, refrigerator and small 5 cup coffee maker. Very clean and comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay again!
If I say something good about this place they may jack the rates up even higher like the other outrageously priced motels in Maine so I'm not going too. ud83dude06
I dont like to leave bad reviews as sometimes a place just had a bad day or a bad employee. Even the manager called to apologize. However I stayed here over 15yrs ago and it was bad back then, and it was definitely worse this time. So to sum it up unless you need a place to stay and there is no other choice still go to the next available place. It has to be better.
