Found a used mask on back of my door an a nasty razor in the bathroom. Clearly cleaning is not a number one priority. Pool was great but got locked out of our room for a hour..very frustrating
Very happy with are stay everything was clean very friendly check in had a issue with the tv they came right up and fixed it will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family
I like Holiday Inn express and look for them first. following a seven hour or so drive I arrived to a clerk who was apparently at the end of their shift. I got very rushed service and after a general question learned that their car was parked out front and ready to go. A very nice person was at the desk in the morning.
Quiet, clean and convenient place on our drive home during covid
Had a onw night stay in the suite. Dirty towels, dirty blanket with orange stains. The staff was quick to give us replacements but the dirty linens did bot gave a good impression of the hotel's cleanliness. Had planned another stay for our return from Bar Harbor but decided to cancel it.
