The desk supervisor named Kellie did an outstanding job in getting us a room and getting us situated. This hotel is very clean and I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. If you’re in Freeport Texas I highly recommend getting a room at the Best Western Plus Hotel! You will not be disappointed! I would definitely ask for the desk supervisor Kellie she will get you taken care of!nFrom the beginning of our phone call to our check in Kellie was very humble and polite. I will definitely be back! Thank you once again!
My wife and our mini poodle Marley stayed here for 3 nights. We were in room 101 which opened to a porch with easy access to the grounds for our walks. Front desk folks were very friendly and resupplied our coffee and breakfast snack bags each day. The snack bags included a muffin, granola bar, apple and blueberry cookie bar - very tasty. There is a restaurant on the property but it wasn't open when we were there due to Covid-19 restrictions.nnThe room was very nice and I felt very clean when we checked in. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Freeport shopping and restaurant district with easy access to I-295 and Rt. 1.
The building looks to be under renovation. The room is nicely decorated. I was expecting a single king bed and got 2 doubles instead.
The renovations look great. I staif in a king room and it was set up much better than expected. Great value I'd recommend if your in the freeport area to grab a room here
Very friendly staff that are more than willing to solve any issues you may have. Rooms are very clean and look nice. The property is a few minutes from grocery stores, gas stations, dunkin donuts. 5min drive to downtown freeport.
