I think it is getting cleaned up over last couple years. Looking nicer as time goes by.

Have lived here since 1999. There have been many changes over the years, some good and some bad. Current management has promised to change many things but never follow through. I was told that my home, along with 2 others, would be leveled and dirt and rock added to help erosion. This was promised for a year and a half, only to be told after further questioning that the home office decided to not do this. I was promised a new mailbox in the summer and have yet to receive it. However, after many residents complained about water pressure so low that the faucet would whistle when turned on, we finally got that fixed. I feel current management is more interested in moving in new mobile homes to sell than attending to residents who have been here for years. But i really like the rural location.

Very old worn down trailers. Could be better taken care of. I was there moving somone and with that being said I wasn't impressed.
