The staff was rude to me as a paying guest. They were allowing homeless people with no masks to hang out in the lobby all night. They refused to give their names. A short, curly brown haired woman and a heavy set woman with glasses. This could be a nice place. Get a better staff.
Night staff provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand covid ..but no pool , no housekeeping, call to get toilet paper for the room and being told we need to go get it ourselves ..really.! We had an 8 day stay... they are not providing hot breakfast. Obviously none of the amenities were available. I will definitely not stay here again . I think they need to get some more customer service oriented people Working the desk . I get friendlier service from fast food drive through window.
Nice, inexpensive accommodations. We had a room on the end facing the river, one king bed. It was spacious and clean - If you don't plan to spend the entire weekend inside a hotel, this place will meet your needs.
Loved it
I really enjoy staying at the Riverview Inn and Suites. This hotel is very quiet, the rooms are very clean always.., and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and gas. I highly recommend the Riverview Inn and Suites to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel stay experience.
