The bike was ready right away, and is fantastic. Our daughter couldn't be happier with her bike. The person who called to let me know the bike was ready, was very friendly. When I went to pick up, the technician was also very helpful as he went over things with me about the bike as well.
They replaced the bottom bracket for my bike. Great work and reasonable price. The staffs are very friendly. Highly recommend.
